I had an amazing experience thanks to Jay. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel comfortable straight away. His customer service was genuinely outstanding—he was attentive, friendly, and clearly cared about making sure everything was perfect. Jay’s positive attitude really set the tone for the whole visit. The atmosphere felt warm, authentic, and inviting, which made the experience even better. It’s rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile the way he does, and it made a big difference. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone, and Jay is a big reason why. His professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service made the visit memorable. An itsu, no different to any other itsu but still amazing. Good for a fast bite, I would highly recommend the chicken dumplings as they are delicious. The light salmon set is also brilliant. They also serve flavoured water and miso soup wich are also really good. Great if you want to have a quick bite to eat or even to sit down. Ontop of this they have an enormous amount of options meaning it’s great for group meals. Weather your put with Freinds, family or by yourself Itsu has a great variety of food and it all tastes great. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Clearly labelled dishes.
