We would like to explain the situation from our perspective: On the evening in question there was a large event with over 300 guests and we only had a limited capacity of 50 seats in our restaurant, all of which were already occupied by reservations. We therefore clearly stated on this day that we can only welcome guests with reservations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Unfortunately, when you entered our restaurant, you ignored the clearly visible instructions and refused to accept this despite our explanations that we no longer had capacity. Your pushy and pushy attitude in this situation made us extremely uncomfortable. We are aware that it can be annoying not to get a place, but we ask for your understanding that we cannot react flexibly in such cases if all places have already been taken. We want to emphasize that we neither “kicked you out” nor were we rude. We simply explained to you that we were fully booked that evening and therefore had no opportunity to spontaneously accommodate you.
