Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important facts regarding your experience, as your comments do not accurately reflect the reality of our restaurant. First, our menu with all prices is fully transparent and displayed at the entrance, as well as handed to every guest upon seating. No one orders blindly, and our pricing is very fair and highly competitive for our prime seaside location. Our tzatziki is a standard-sized appetizer portion, and its price is not 7€; it is actually much lower. It is freshly made and consistently praised by our guests in many of our other reviews. Regarding your order, your drinks and tzatziki were served promptly at the start of your visit. We are very surprised by your complaints about the quality of the main dishes, as every single plate—including the octopus and the tzatziki—was returned to the kitchen completely finished and empty. As we kindly explained to you at the table, our octopus is freshly grilled on an open flame, not boiled. It is entirely natural for the thin tips of the tentacles to get charred on the grill; this is the authentic Greek way of preparation that gives it its signature smoky flavor. Finally, regarding the payment, our credit card terminal (POS) is wired at our main building directly across the street—the very same street every guest crosses to sit at our seaside tables. We always welcome constructive feedback during the meal so we can immediately replace a dish if a guest is truly unsatisfied, rather than reading about it the next day after empty plates have returned to our kitchen.
