Exceptional bar!! I cannot speak highly enough of the chefs, they were a joy to talk with and dished out the most amazing food. The drinks were phenomenal as well! Everything about this establishment is so well done from the ambiance to the cleanliness to the quality of their menu. Highly highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a nice bar to stop by at night. If you’re visiting Austin, put this place on your list! Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was uhhhh interesting. I love the art scene and a good cocktail. But if you just order a regular cocktail instead of the 10+ ingredient cocktails, you will be shamed by the waiter. While we were waiting for drinks I saw two tables up and leave before they even ordered their drinks/food. Sad to see, because I love supporting local places, but when I saw the food menu, I understood. The vibe of a dressed up convenience store with luxury cuts of fish for sashimi and artist inspired long winded cocktails is confusing. Is it supposed to be affordable? Is it supposed to be a nice splurge of money for a date night? Idk, maybe some consistency would help people understand what vibe they are getting into at the beginning. We were ready to spend money for a celebration, but we decided to go elsewhere after drinks. I will say whoever begrudgingly made that CLASSIC Mai-Tai, ate down. It was the best Mai-Tai I’ve ever had. Even if the waiter told me “are you sure? I’m disappointed” about 4 times. Yes, I’m sure. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Hands down the best cocktail bar, not one of, but the best. Now I can’t go anywhere else, Papercut bar has definitely raised the bar. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
