Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again and provide an even better experience on your next visit. Thank you for your support. – Rumacabuk Management Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and many thanks for your initiative to support local business and review in google. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration caused during your visit. Waiting 40 minutes for a simple toast and egg set, especially when other tables were served earlier, is not the level of service we aim to provide at Rumacabuk. We understand why this experience left a negative impression, particularly when you chose to support a local business and had high expectations. Your feedback regarding the waiting time and service inconsistency is taken very seriously by our management team. We are currently reviewing our order handling and kitchen processes to better understand what happened and to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. We genuinely appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas that require immediate improvement. We would also like the opportunity to make things right. Please contact our management team directly so we can investigate your visit further and discuss an appropriate resolution. Once again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope that we may have the chance to regain your trust in the future. – rumacabuk management team
