Usually always very busy best to call in an order. But they have excellent burgers and exceptional fried chicken

Passed thru from SW LA to NW LA on Sunday and must give 5 stars to service behind counter and OMG THE TAMALES!!! WELL SEASONED AND WELL STUFFED! I must stop next time but hope y'all carry these on the norm!!!

The food is good but every time I try to call and place a order they always tell me there cleaning the grill or the grease isn’t hot they told me one time that they couldn’t make me a mashed potato bowl bc they were cleaning the grill but I don’t understand why the need a grill to make mashed potatoes and fried chick strips anyway I just called for a burger bc I’m pregnant and craving one and I was told that they couldn’t make one bc they weee making breakfast and that’s understandable but they said the wait time is 2 hours and with my cravings it’s going to be so hard for me to fall asleep if I don’t get what I’m craving I just really wish they would fix me my food really quickly but it’s every time I call no matter the time of day they say they can’t bc there cleaning the grill and it will take 2-3 hours for me to be able to order my food so now I’m sitting here crying bc I can’t get what I’m craving until 4:30 am bc they couldn’t just throw me a burger patty on the grill real fast and make me a burger
