I bought a roll cake and a cut cake. There was no bag, and I was given a box of roll cakes. The cut cake has a handle on the box, so in the worst case scenario, you can just leave it as is, but the roll cake didn't have a handle, so I had to carry it with both hands as I went home. Can you imagine walking in the cold February sky while holding a roll cake in your hand? It makes you sad, doesn't it? Looking at other people's reviews, it seems that there is a charge for the bag, but I was not asked if I needed one. Even convenience stores that don't ask for service can provide that level of customer service! As others have said, I think it would be a waste if customers were to leave if they were stingy with one bag. Similar reviews can be found here and there, and there are no plans to improve it in the future. Oh, I almost forgot, but one candle costs 30 yen! For a 100-year-old grandmother, it costs 3,000 yen.
