This is a place where customer service and portion consistency seem to be lacking. They serve very small portions sometimes barely half a cup yet charge extra for additional toppings.The employee with the piercings consistently appeared unhappy ,unwelcoming and rude If you don't enjoy working with customers, it certainly shows. Even more disappointing was the manager's behavior. Rather than setting a positive example, she was rude, made faces, and spoke in a condescending tone. To make matters worse, I brought my small service dog with me. I felt uncomfortable due to the overall atmosphere and held her in my arms. An employee then told me, "Put the dog down on the floor dogs belong on the floor." The interaction added unnecessary stress to an already unpleasant experience. Update: After posting this review, Sweetgreen’s customer support reached out to me directly, listened to my concerns, and handled the situation professionally. I appreciate their response and willingness to address the issue. My concern remains with the experience I had at this specific location, but I wanted to acknowledge their efforts to make things right. Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in a few days ago and got the Harvest Bowl. Asher was very friendly and made lots of good suggestions! He didn’t just take my order, he talked to me while he made my food and we had a nice genuine conversation. It’s hard to come across good customer service these days so I was pleasantly surprised to experience that. The food was also delicious! 5 stars all around Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

Always love SG. This location was clean, fast, and friendly. Portions were generous and everything was fresh and delicious as always. Crispy Rice Bowl is one of my go-to's. Added warmed sweet potato for the first time today, and really enjoyed it. Chicken Caesar, another of our favorites, was great as well.
