the RITUAL

Dear Zwyy, Thank you so much for the kind words and the lovely photos. We are so glad the salmon and steak grain bowl hit the spot, and that little cake thingy was likely one of our daily bakes. We would love to have you back to try the rest of the menu soon. Warm regards, theRitual Team

Thank you so much for the lovely words! It means a lot to hear that theRitual is your favourite neighbourhood cafe. We're glad our team made you feel welcome and that you enjoyed the food. We love being part of the Stevens Road community and serving hearty meals to our neighbours. Looking forward to welcoming you back soon! Warm regards, The theRitual Team

Dear Antonia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please accept our heartfelt apology for the inconvenience caused by the unavailable avocado toast items and for the mishap on our end in failing to cancel your order. It is our usual procedure to call our guests to offer replacements when items are unavailable, and we deeply regret that we were unable to do so in this case. We unfortuantely do not have direct access to customers via FoodPanda. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to pay the full delivery fee for an incomplete order, especially when trying to feed your family. We wish to assure you that our team takes a lot of pride in providing the best experience for our customers. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your feedback will help us improve our processes so this doesn’t happen again. We sincerely hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future and restore your trust.
