Online orders didn’t let us know they didn’t have broccoli cheddar soup . They replaced it with mushrooms soup I’m allergic to mushrooms. I work in the mall with this location and there always rude and evil . The food is disappointing it was a waste of 20$ !! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I went to order a spud. And my choices were very limited. First of all when I asked them about the size of the spud, I was shown by hand size to the wrist which I expected to be size 40 or 50 at least. When I got it it was like a size 70 or 80 per case of 50lb. The chicken was prepped and pressed. It was slices that was crumbed on the Potatoe. The potato itself was dried and never mashed. Hardly any butter on it if any. The blue cheese was overwhelming even that it wasn’t much. And some other cheese was put on top and then milted in the convention oven I believe. For $15 I would have went to a real loaded potato place and got a better value and taste for my money. An owner put so much money in this franchise needs to understand the value of repeated business not one visit and would never come back. If I want Zoups again I will go somewhere else like the one in Troy. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The chicken pot pie soup was watered down. Did not give a tray to carry food. Instead gave a flimsy paper plate.salad was nothing special and had too much dressing. Will not eat from here again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
