One of my favorite restaurant in Tokyo. First, the cuisine is delicious. The Cooking Chief learnt French cuisine so he's dedicated to provide high quality cuisine to the customers. I tasted Beef with Baked Potatoes and Chocolate cake. The cooking of the beef was perfect, it was served with a French mustard and Béarnaise on a toasted piece of bread. As a French person, I can say that it's as good as in France, or even better :) . The French red wine was really good too. Also, the cooking chiefs and the staff are really welcoming, the customer service is perfect. I think you can easily ask questions about French cuisine, they will take time to answer. The location is really nice, close to the Meguro river. I love the decoration of the restaurant, particularly the terrasse where you can enjoy real barbecue. The restaurant also hosts a Photos gallery, the exhibition changes regularly. So Cafe Terrasse Mimosa is definitively a great place to enjoy French cuisine, for a business or a romantic lunch/dinner, or just to hang out with friends!
