They don't fill the food condiments and cut corners like it's still covid. I shouldn't criticize, but a lot can be improved more than it has been. Coke machines taste weird/dirty too a lot of times. I been in fallbrook 5 years, and been to other 7 elevens in san diego, LA, florida, even thai, all usually better with more options. It's not fair to compare US 7 eleven to Asian, but this one is missing lots of inventory and the prices are max even with me having low expectations. The one in bonsall has way more option and newer machines for example. Fallbrook in general falls short in stores, food, everything to be honest, so maybe this location is a victim of an outdated community.

**INCORRECT CHANGE REFUND ISSUE** During a recent visit to my local 7-Eleven store, I waited in the car for my 13-year-old son while he went inside to buy a Gatorade. He gave the cashier a $50 bill, but upon returning to the car, he realized that he had received the incorrect change of only $26, with no receipt, when it should have been $46. I entered the store to inform the cashier, Maria, of the situation. She insisted that nothing could be done until the owner reviewed the security camera footage later that day and was rather impolite, even calling me a liar. Subsequently, the owner contacted me and claimed to have reviewed the footage, concluding that the cashier had given my son the correct change. This experience has left me disappointed in how the owner handled the situation, especially considering numerous similar reviews about this employee with no action taken. I would advise caution when dealing with this establishment, as it appears to be quite questionable.
