I never order pizza hit but tonight was the night , i received a scrambled pizza, looked like the box fell and rolled a few times on the way down. Plus odd and even slices with some nasty random garnish on top, heavy on if too just pockets of it all over the pizza, i just wanted the xl new york thin pizza pepperoni, i know i didn’t tip but don’t let it show DAMN. The delivery, plus my order was $40 basically just stiff dough pizza with lots and lots and lots of what ever seasoning and wings ugh. Thanks for ruining my night and the experience of this XL NY pizza Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1

Today sep. 14 2025 I spoke to a lady over the phone, I was trying to order my food to come and pick it up and come back to my store because I only take 30 min break, the lady that attended me was too rude, I am sorry if you were having a bad day but it's not my fault, I own several business in Fallbrook and I wouldn't got to where I'm at if it wasn't because I train my workers to keep the best customer service., I highly recommend customer service training for the workers at Pizza Hut. For now you just let a client go. Service: 1
