Like many folks in Peekskill or migrated from the big city, this deli satisfies my nostalgic bodega craving. It's a no frills kinda place, and we don't mind that! We go often, and we're really happy with the food and service every time. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am giving this deli 5 stars across the board. I went in there today for lunch and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. And let me tell you, this sandwich far exceeded my expectations. I am from Philadelphia originally, so my standards on the matter are high. But I have to say, when it comes to their cheesesteak, they are doing EVERYTHING right. From the quality of the meat and how they slice it, to the bread, to the cheese ratio, it truly tasted like home for me. It 100% would be accepted in any bar or restaurant in Philly, and that is saying something. I am convinced that the person in the kitchen is either from philly, or has family in philly haha. Either that or they are just a big foodie because they've clearly done their research. Thank you very much for the delicious lunch today. I will undoubtedly be coming back!
