I honestly cannot put into words how amazing my experience was at Basil Express. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with such genuine kindness and warmth that it completely made my entire day. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, this place reminded me what true hospitality looks like. The food itself was absolutely incredible, every bite was packed with flavour, cooked perfectly, and tasted like it was made with real care and passion. You can instantly tell that they take pride in what they serve. Everything was fresh, rich in flavour, and honestly some of the tastiest food I’ve had in a very long time. The portions are unbelievably generous too. For the price you pay, you get so much food, and not just quantity, the quality is outstanding. You leave feeling full, satisfied, and already planning your next visit. What truly touched me was the kindness of the staff. The lady at the counter was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She was so welcoming and thoughtful, and what she did for my daughter genuinely meant a lot to me. She offered her a spring roll and a piece of chicken while we waited , such a small gesture maybe, but it showed such a big heart. It’s rare to come across people who are naturally that caring and attentive. You could tell it came from pure kindness, not because she had to, but because that’s simply the kind of people they are. That one interaction honestly stayed with me long after I left. It’s not just about food when you come to Basil Express, it’s about how they make people feel. They made us feel valued, welcomed, and appreciated, and that kind of experience is priceless. Places like this deserve all the support in the world because they put genuine love into both their food and their service. I cannot recommend Basil Express enough.
