Tap Room: Worst customer service walked out after being ignored, you know who you are girl. You took the order of the people who came after us, they were seated next to us. I offered to pay for the drinks. Even the ones we did not drink other than one soda and sips of water, the beer was still full. I rather do business where customers aren't ignored and then hounded as to why they're leaving. 1st time experience and last Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really disappointing experience specifically on the Tap Room side of Bill Gray’s at the Port of Rochester. The ordering process was unclear, and there didn’t seem to be a good system in place to make sure tables were being tracked and served. After receiving our drinks, we were overlooked while a family seated after us had their drinks and food order taken. After waiting about 15–20 minutes, we decided to leave. I understand that only two servers were working, but that seems like even more reason for management to have a clear system in place so customers aren’t forgotten and staff aren’t overwhelmed. Unfortunately, when we explained why we were leaving, the response was defensive rather than apologetic, including being told they didn’t want our business. The Tap Room side could really benefit from better organization, management oversight, and some additional customer-service training. The situation could have been handled very differently with a simple acknowledgment and apology. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

We love Bill Grays. We were in the habit of going on Sundays after church and having a very good egg sandwich! We did this for a few years and ate at the bar. We have been told they no longer make them. Maybe bring them back for just Sundays put them on till about 2? You probably have all the ingredients already? We still enjoy all the other menu items!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
