Tonight we ordered two identical burgers. No cheese, no pickles. It was clarified three times, both at the drive thru menu and at the window. The receipt shows the correct order. When we went to eat them after getting home, cheese and pickles on both. The cheese was melted onto the meat, and it wasn't possible to get it off without scraping it off the meat. Mistakes happen, but that's why it was clarified three times, because this has been a repeated problem. There were two people in line, including myself, when going through the drive thru, so it wasn't a matter of it being super busy. The food tastes good when I go here, but half the time the order is wrong somehow. The consistent nature of the mistakes over time indicates that someone isn't training their workers well, or Braums is simply not paying them enough to care.

Good food, take a bit sometimes, however. When something wasn't right, everyone else walked right by me. Didn't acknowledge my existence.. nothing... except for Jason. Thank you sir for having integrity. Update 6/2/26: I was today years old when I learned you cannot get mayonnaise on the side here... apparently "we got in trouble with corporate." wow seriously?
