I dont understand the purpose of food prep staff wearing gloves. I watched a cook come out to the soda dispenser in the dining area, get ice and put it in her mouth WITH THE GLOVES, spit the ice out into her hand to toss in the dispenser tray, wipe her mouth WITH THE GLOVES, shove her cup down into the trash touching the bag WITH THE SAME GLOVES, wipe those gloves on her pants, and go back to the kitchen. Gloves are only useful if they dont travel from the work area. Cross contamination is WORSE with gloves. Hand sanitizer on bare hands is more effective. So gross.. Service: 1
