After a long day of work I stopped by here at cava and Dolly was the Young lady helping me out with my food. She was great, amiable, kind which made my day a lot better. Great employee to represent one of my favorite go to restaurants. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve had some rough experiences with this CAVA in the past (stay until the end). The biggest issue used to be the fruit flies, and this location almost never had my mobile order ready when I arrived. After a few disappointing visits, I was honestly ready to start driving to the NorthPark location instead. Today completely changed my opinion. I placed my mobile order while I was nearby and waited in my car since I know this location can sometimes take a while. My work break was almost over, so I finally went inside. There were quite a few people waiting, many looked like delivery drivers and I expected another long wait. Instead, a young employee immediately acknowledged me, welcomed me, and asked for my name. It looked like he was managing the mobile and delivery orders, but despite how busy it was, he stayed calm, kept everyone updated, and let me know my order would be right out. Less than five minutes late, maybe even three, the orders started flying out, and mine was one of them. It was the fastest I’ve ever received a mobile order from this location. Before I left, I made sure to ask for his name because I wanted to recognize him here. His name was Josh, and he absolutely deserves the shoutout. Employees like Josh make a huge difference.
