i love this place!! i stopped by this morning and eileen was so helpful and i could tell she was being attentive to my needs. people like that always make me feel so much better when ordering food especially bc im such an anxious person as is and she made me feel so comfortable. I’ve had a really good experience at CAVA. I don’t have major allergies, but I do have certain ingredients that don’t always agree with me, so I tend to ask questions before ordering. The staff has been very welcoming and happy to explain what’s in different items and how things are made. What stands out is that they actually seem encouraged to know the ingredients, and if they don’t know something, they’ll ask rather than guess. The front staff is friendly when you come in, and they’re helpful if you tell them what kinds of flavors you like. I also appreciate that you can taste some of the different items before deciding whether to add them to your bowl or salad. The restaurant is clean, the prices are reasonable, and the food has a lot of flavor. CAVA is slowly becoming my pick over Salata, which has been my go-to on the same block for a long time. I still really like Salata, but CAVA offers a different variety and some flavors you can’t get there. I’d also recommend it for groups where one person is excited about Mediterranean-style food or a build-your-own bowl, but someone else is unsure whether they’ll find something they like. There are plenty of options, and even someone who is hesitant will probably find something they enjoy. Overall, it’s been a really good experience: friendly staff, clean space, lots of choices, and plenty of flavor. Amaya, Erin, Maya, Marina, Oscar, and Ana were amazing! Best closing crew ever! They were so kind making sure we got our food even so close to closing time. Food was delicious and so enjoyable. Everyone working was happy smiling and so attentive!! Big shout out to Amaya. I’m vegetarian and she made the effort to bring fresh veggies to my table when they were finished! Best Cava ever!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
