I don't give a ZERO because it's not possible but it was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. At first because when I arrived they did not have the table ready and I had reserved in advance. When making the reservation I had already stated that I am vegan so that there were no mistakes and when I started ordering dishes everything was a problem as if they didn't know that someone who was vegan was going to be there. They give me the “vegan” menu and it turns out that the dishes are not vegan. On the other hand, the customer service was the worst. The waiter made some out of place comments as soon as we sat down in a “funny” way and the waitress treated us like fools. We order bread with aioli as a starter and the waitress comes and leaves a Russian salad with Tucs cookies on the table and leaves. We were left wondering if we had got the wrong table since it was not what we had ordered. When the waiter passed by we asked him, “Hey, sorry, what is this?” and he answered us in a bad way and as if it were obvious that that was the starter, also making “starter” gestures with his hands and when I told him that we had not ordered that, he replied that that is what they put first and he literally said “ Let's see if we go to more top places” we're going to be amazed. The food was good but nothing more for everything it costs. The only good thing is the terrace which is nice but anyway I don't give a zero because it's not possible. Enjoyed a delicious lunch today. Pika menu is a real recommendation. Different every time, but always a world trip of taste sensation. CasaPiedra is one of my favorite restaurants in Ibiza. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
