I ordered the bourbon glazed Salmon and shrimp with a baked potato and broccoli cheese casserole I really like the glaze ..... On the other hand.... They mixed up the broccoli cheese casserole and steamed broccoli instead so after bringing it up to the waitress she said she'll bring it out but forgot and never brought it. When we asked a manager if he can remind her...he said he'd get it for us .. buuuut he never came back either we finally got it just before leaving and the entre was already done Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible service beyond your imagination from Jenee and very poor management by Cesar. We were 5 ladies celebrating a friend with hats & pompoms in the bar area- clearly we were there to drink & have fun on a Thursday evening. The waitress Jenee (per my receipt) barely came to our table twice an hour. It took 30minutes to receive our 1st round of drinks which were ALL the 'happy hour' special pre-mixes and should have been out in 5 minutes! There were just two other tables of guests in the whole room when we arrived - it was not busy. Jenee forgot our orders even though she was writing 'stuff' down. She also brought the wrong items. When we asked for waters for everyone, and 12 minutes later we received ONE CUP of water. We tried to order two more rounds of drinks throughout the night. They came out one at a time, over the course of 45 minutes per round. They were very watered down. I tried margaritas and vodka drinks, both terrible. One lady's margarita still never came for half the evening. I said, "I hope we're not getting charged for that drink she's still waiting on" and Jenee said 'OK' and just walked away. No apologies when we told her we were unhappy at the long wait and things were wrong repeatedly. The table beside us complained to the manager about THEIR service (!!) so we took that opportunity to also make the manager aware of the problems. The manager, Cesar per my receipt, was very snippy with me saying it's against the law for him to comp an alcoholic beverage so if I said I didn't want to pay for it then I was technically requesting them to cancel it. His wait staff couldn't (or wouldn't) explain it so how am I supposed to know that?? He later gave me 50% off an appetizer. You could tell he hears complaints all day long and hates his job. No offer of additional food or drink. He just wanted us gone and doubled down on pissing us off. It still took another 20 minutes to get the on-table check-out-yourself machine to work and Jenee had to run our cards eventually. Yes I still gave her a tip b/c I'm not a monster. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing and best customer service I've gotten in a while! Our server was very attentive and friendly and before we even asked, she refilled our waters, brought us takeout containers, and we didn't have to wait a very long time for our food. The food was very delicious and they give very good portions! The chicken fried steak was excellent along with the steamed broccoli and rice! Highly recommend Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Honey Butter Croissants, Country Fried Chicken, Fresh Steamed Broccoli
