We were assisted by Elizabeth in the drive-thru during lunch rush and she made the whole wait time worth it! Her attitude despite the rush and heat was positive, engaging, and hilarious. Thank you for being awesome and making us laugh, Elizabeth! :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I really enjoy this location! I've visited several times, and both the service and the food are consistently good. Even when there's a line at the drive-thru, things move fast, and the quality stays the same. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: They offer salads that can be customized. Also, they fry their products in peanut/veg oil so their fries are vegetarian.

I’ve always expected better service from Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. We received the wrong order, so I sent my brother back to pick up the missing items. Before he arrived, I called the store hoping they could correct it. Unfortunately, I was told they couldn’t do anything and that I would need to call back on Monday. I even asked if they could simply remake the order and have my brother pay when he got there, but I was told no and that there was nothing they could do to help. This is now the second time in the past month that my order has been incorrect—once through the drive-thru and once with a mobile pickup. It’s frustrating to see such a consistent decline in accuracy and service. To make matters worse, Liz was not helpful and did not show much customer service effort during the call. It’s really disappointing to see Chick-fil-A slipping in both quality and service. I’m not sure what’s been going on lately, but this level of inconsistency makes me hesitant to return.
