The restaurant is one of Italian restaurants which has history. Named by the Italian family Cipriani who is managing the brand, I hope to meet them and thank for the good quality which reflects the Italian’s cuisine, globally. I was quite disappointed with my experience at Cipriani Riyadh. The food was average and definitely didn't live up to the restaurant's reputation. What made the experience worse was the service. One of the waiters, Lunnie, had a very poor attitude. He came across as unfriendly, inattentive, and unprofessional, which made us feel unwelcome throughout the meal. In a fine dining restaurant, good service should be just as important as the food, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here. Overall, I expected much better from a restaurant with such a prestigious name. I hope they improve both the quality of the food and the customer service.
