I’ve been coming to this location for over three years, and until today, the service has always been superb. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had here. When our party of three was seated, we were only given one menu and one set of silverware. I had to get up to find additional menus, and then get up again to ask for silverware when our food arrived. Our waitress was abrupt and aggressive throughout the visit. She spoke to us in a loud, almost confrontational manner while taking our order and practically shoved the coffee toward us. She repeatedly mentioned that it was busy, which seemed to be her explanation for not checking on our table. What was most disappointing was that our coffee cups sat empty throughout most of our meal. We didn’t receive refills until after we had already finished eating, making the refill pointless. The same lack of attention applied to our water. Even after finally receiving our refills, we waited another 10 minutes just to get our check. What makes this even more disappointing is that this was my friends’ first time dining here. I had recommended this restaurant because I’ve always had great experiences and considered it one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, their first impression was this experience, which is frustrating because I know this restaurant is capable of much better service. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic customer service and professionalism should still be maintained. This experience was disappointing, especially considering the consistently positive service I’ve received here in the past. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I absolutely love this place. I am a frequent guest. I feel like I’m at home. The cooks are fabulous efficient they always have the food on point. I’ve never had a time that it was not delicious. The service providers waitresses are friendly. They always ask me if I need coffee because I am quite particular about how my coffee is made. They have the best coffee in town. If you guys know me I always write a review and this is one place I want you all to check out. They’re open from 6 to 3. Saturdays are my best days but remember come early because there will be a line but they will try to get you in as soon as possible. It seems to me the places that have lies are always the place to eat for me. I wanna thank you counter café, and your staff for your hard work your discipline to make fabulous food for all us as consumers and keeping us happy. We will not go wrong if you come here and if you just so happen to find this post and it make sure decisionmy name is Sara. I’m happy to give you a glass place in town my little secret counter café.
