Went to swim club a few times before but usually park on the side street. But then was told by the employees there that you can park in the garage for free. So the next time we went, we parked in the garage and we each got charged $35 each for parking there on top of the fee that we have to pay just to swim there. Then the waiter or bartender comes outside to let us know that there’s no service at the pool, when we were there not too long before and we had a waitress coming out. And, so you had to go inside and get your food and drinks, but you also had to get fully dressed each time just to go back inside for a drink. We called multiple times to try to get a refund for our parking space and everyone said that they would take care of it mind you. It’s been over a week maybe even two weeks now and we still have not received our refund so we will not be going back to that area since parking was extremely expensive. We paid a total of $70 just to park that day to go swimming for just an hour and a half. The pool area is cute but not worth $70 of parking and $60 to swim so a total of $130 to swim for an hour and a half wasn’t something I’ll be recommending to anyone. That’s also not including food and drinks.. so maybe close to $200 to swim in a cute pink pool area. No thanks. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

This was such a weird experience to have in Austin, Texas… We made a reservation and sat for 15 minutes, asked for menus twice and no one brought us anything Sadly, the atmosphere was abysmal. They had no music playing and all of the tables were open, so I’m not really sure why at 7 PM it would be dead and no one would be actively trying to keep business around. We ended up leaving. Management, staff, anyone affiliated with the business should try harder—it seems like it could be a fun place for dinner and drinks. Austinites and visitors, there are so many more welcoming places to spend your Saturday. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
