Good morning. This is the other half o the ownership, not who you dealt with last evening. Firstly I would like to say that I’m very sorry that you did not have a good experience last night and I think emotions got the best of everyone and that is never a good thing. The restaurant was very busy and there were some mistakes made it seems and usually that can be handled. The prime rib in question was never microwaved, we don’t use microwaves for anything but warming up desserts. When it’s not cooked long enough we put some au jus on the meat to cook it a little more right on the plate. I personally did this to your meat and know for a fact it was nowhere near medium let alone well done. The end product ofthe exchange could have been handled differently, stomping a piece of fish into our carpet and calling my wife a dumb bi&$?t seemed a little excessive. At the end of the day we can’t change what happened but hopefully we can all learn from our mistakes and strive to be better.
