I’m always up for a good croissant, and Croff Bakehouse is one of my favourite places to stop whenever I’m around the city. This time I tried their Shio Pan, which totally lives up to the hype. It’s soft and fluffy with a nice balance of saltiness and a subtle sweetness. I also had the Mushroom Potato Croissant, and it was delicious. The lattice layers looked beautiful, and the pastry was perfectly flaky. Even just looking at their plain croissants, you can tell they’re made with care—they’re all consistent in size, beautifully golden, and I can only imagine the honeycomb structure inside is just as impressive. When I visited, they were getting ready to open their third location in Leederville, which is exciting. Looking forward to checking it out soon!

Croff has become my go-to café in Perth City since moving from Melbourne. As someone who’s quite particular about coffee, I was so happy to discover this place. Theyserve some of the best coffee and pastries around. Truly a one-stop shop!

Tried the Mother’s Day special brunch menu at Croff and absolutely loved everything. My favourite has to be the Shokupan French toast, incredibly soft and fluffy, and perfectly paired with fresh berries. The croffles and swirl croissants were delicious too The drinks really stood out as well! The coffee was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, while the specialty matcha drinks were beautifully presented with a creamy texture and just the right level of sweetness. A lovely complement to the whole brunch experience
