We sincerely apologize if you felt targeted or singled out. That was certainly not our intention. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a safe environment for our guests, our security team is instructed to discourage loitering in the parking lot. However, we normally do not ask guests to leave if they've only been outside for a few minutes saying goodbye or wrapping up a conversation. Typically, our team only approaches groups that have been lingering for an extended period of time. Based on what you've described, it's possible there was simply a misunderstanding, and for that we apologize. Please know that these policies are in place to help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who visits us. We truly appreciate your support and hope to see you again soon.
