Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had. At the drive-thru I had to repeat my order multiple times because the staff kept talking over me and clearly weren’t listening. It felt disorganized and unprofessional from the start. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with regular cream and sugar, and what I received was basically a black iced coffee with no cream or sugar. The sticker even said “regular,” so either the order was entered incorrectly or it was completely ignored when being made. Either way, it was made wrong, tasted awful, and showed a lack of basic attention to detail. When a simple coffee order can’t even be handled correctly, that’s a problem. Definitely not what I expect from a chain like this, and I won’t be rushing back to this location anytime soon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When I went I was nice too. Young lady was amazing there but I just don’t understand how someone messes up a simple order. I’m lactose so I said bacon and egg bagel, they gave me cheese on it. I find it odd that I was given something that wasn’t asked for. Sure, most get cheese but I feel like I said “bacon” and “egg” quite clearly. But thanks for ruining my morning. Cheers. The food is just so so nothing spectacular. The service is always usually friendly and fast. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: The dunkin' donuts on Mount Hope by Strong hospital has a very small parking lot and indoors is very small I wouldn't suggest eating in it's better if you just getting takeout.
