White old guy was not even trying to be nice. Be nice, buddy! Its restaurant business ur part of! I don't expect nice service at fast food restaurants but this service continues 3 times made me write bad review. Go here if you ordered online and here to just pick up. Im not going ever again. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I'd like to acknowledge a sweet young girl who took care of me today. I came in and order a chicken bacon ranch sub. Ari took care of me. I believe she is a shift lead. She was very kind and delightful. An amazing employee you guys have right here! Thank you Ari for making me smile and my delicious food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I carried a pile of sandwiches, chips and drinks out to my car. Took me a struggle to figure out how to carry it. No bag? No help? Bags are sitting on the counter in front of them while they stare at me struggle and turn away when i begin to ask for help getting a bag. Rude and no personality when ordering. It was an inconvenience for them the second i came in. No wonder why it's dead in this restaurant.They made me feel like they wanted me out as soon as I entered. I was kind, asked questions, thanked him and he still felt above me and acted as such. The word arrogant was used in another review. I concur. Arrogant... I'd never hire these guys for anything related to my business except for warehouse jobs work ZERO customer interaction. They have zero concern for your business or it's success. It seems that your business doesn't care about how this kind of thing sinks restaurants on a daily and the staff just move on to the next fast food job like it's nothing. Looks like it's already beginning and it's sad. Dibellas wins my business over going forward. They wouldn't ever treat customers like second class citizens. I tried Jimmy John's. You didn't deliver. You have posts about these people going back. No excuse. You've known. Could've saved myself the time and wasted money if id just googled first. 6/11/24 8:37pm Update: Why ask about the details. Read the review, Look up on your cameras and follow up. You have the dates etc. Deal with it. It's your business. Not mine thank goodness.
