“During my visit yesterday night to Dunkin', I had a disappointing experience. One of the baristas spoke to me in a raised voice and shouted in front of my children. This was uncomfortable and not in line with basic customer service standards. I would appreciate it if management reviews staff behavior to ensure a more respectful environment for customers.” Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited this coffee shop, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The coffee was served cold, which immediately took away from the overall enjoyment. On top of that, the flavor was quite weak, as if very few coffee beans had been used—resulting in a watered-down taste rather than a rich, aromatic cup. A good coffee should feel fresh, warm, and full-bodied, but this one lacked both temperature and depth. While the ambiance of the place might appeal to some, the core product—coffee—definitely needs improvement. With better attention to preparation and quality, this place could offer a much better experience. Price per person: SAR 1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

I am a coffee lover and a regular customer of Dunkin' Donuts. I enjoy their cappuccino and often visit different outlets. However, today my experience at a particular outlet was extremely disappointing. The staff, especially one female employee, was highly unprofessional. Her way of speaking was completely inappropriate, and she clearly lacked basic professional conduct. Moreover, she did not seem skilled in coffee preparation. I ordered three coffees — two medium and one small — along with three donuts. When the coffees were served and I tasted them, they were almost like hot milk, with barely any coffee flavor. It was clear that she used too little coffee and too much milk. When I politely pointed this out, instead of apologizing or remaking the coffee, she said that if I wanted more coffee, I would have to pay extra. This response was completely unacceptable, as Dunkin' Donuts has a standard for serving coffee, and I have never been told this anywhere else. Rather than resolving the issue, she argued, which was very embarrassing, especially since I was with my friends. Ultimately, I paid the full bill and threw the coffee in the trash because it was undrinkable. This incident made me realize that I will not be drinking coffee at this outlet again. My request to the outlet manager or owner is to properly train their staff — teach them how to communicate with guests and handle complaints professionally. If a customer complains about the coffee, it should be corrected or replaced, rather than asking the guest to pay extra. This experience was not only disappointing for me but also ruined my outing with friends and caused significant embarrassment. Recommendation: I do not recommend this outlet to anyone.
