100% classy and interior looks upscale. The offer a lot of your usual Filipino Cuisine fare and some finger food. Liked the salad, calamari and fried chicken. The sisig isn't hot enough to cook the egg sadly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000

Festa Restaurant in Pueblo de Panay, Roxas City, is a stunning spot that's perfect for special occasions and impressing guests. Located just across Robinsons Roxas, it offers indoor and outdoor seating, as well as exclusive rooms for big groups and events. The restaurant showcases the beauty of Capiz through its stunning chandeliers and decorations made from Capiz shells. The food is sumptuous, with my personal favorites being crispy pata, lomi, and lumpia – though almost everything on the menu is delicious. One thing to note is that the cashier is now located at the adjacent Bread Basket Restaurant, which can be a bit inconvenient. While the staff is generally good, I've noticed that the current cashier can be less approachable and accommodating. To avoid long waits, it's best to order in advance or be prepared to wait a bit longer for your food. Parking can also be limited, with some customers opting to park on the street or at the back area. Conveniently, Festa Restaurant is situated near Hotel Veronica, Modish Salon, Mercury Drug Store, BDO Bank, and the police station.
