You better not ever have an issue with your order at this location. They will not reach out to you to solve the issue. My sandwich was made incorrectly way in may and I have been arguing with customer support about how no one never reached out after I called a couple of times! My money went down the drain!! Poor customer service Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Private Firehouse franchise that doesn’t honor the loyalty points. Simply refused to honor an earned ‘Free Med Sub’ reward. Also the roof tiles above the prep area are caked w/ dust for as long as I can remember. I can guarantee that’s getting into your food. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

This was the worst steak cheese sandwich we have ever had. We ordered the new steak cheese melt without red and green peppers. With the cramelize onions. The onions was not cooked little bit of mayo and there was so little steak it was pitifully. I will not go back to this restaurant. Houma Louisiana Firehouse has the best steak and cheese sandwich. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chips
