This sonic was so unprofessional, the stud worker had an attitude & they took very long to make my order. I understand that food does take time to make, but they took 27 minutes to just give me four mozzarella sticks and a burger that wasn’t even dressed properly. They just threw everything on there and only gave me specifically one pickle & four chopped onions keep in mind they’re cut into very small squares. This sonic is horrible with customer service don’t recommend going. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Signs say 24 hour but I just sat in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, tried looping around a couple times to see if they didn’t hear the beeper but as a looped around I watched an employee stare at us and just walk around the kitchen, as I looped around the last time he turned off the monitors for the orders. Idk if it was shift change and he didn’t wanna do anything, or if it was he just didn’t wanna work, but if your signs are gonna say 24 hours you need to get employees that are gonna do what they’re supposed to on the night shift. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you’re looking to turn a quick drink run into a 25-minute waiting game, this is the Sonic for you. We placed a mobile order scheduled for 6:46 PM. Checked in, waited until 6:50 nothing. Pressed the button and were told someone was coming out “soon.” Spoiler: they were not. After another 15 minutes (and two more button presses), we STILL didn’t have our drinks. We finally went inside, only to be told they were “already on the way to the car”—which was news to us, since we’d been sitting there the entire time. The apology? Barely existent. The service? Even worse. Amazing how two drinks can take this much effort. Avoid this location unless you have time to waste. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
