Hey Richard. Apologies for that. We had several out of town customers buy large quantities of our meats and so we ran out of what we needed for your order. We tried calling you to get you a replacement but you didn't answer and your phone wouldn't let us leave you a message. I appreciate that you've gone ahead and left bad reviews before I could respond though. I would have done so earlier but I was working because it is a small business and I am but one vegan man.
