This casual dining restaurant serves a simple menu, and the food is okay. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant is unfortunately located next to the intracoastal with it's awful lingering stench of rotting organic materials, with ever-present flies inside the restaurant. High prices - as expected - for simple menu choices, with a "mandatory 20% tip" automatically included. Suggestion: order takeout and eat it in your resort hotel room. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

Last night, a group of us went to Harbor House in Boca Raton for a late dinner. Even without reservations, we were seated fairly quickly, which was appreciated. Our server, Chris, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and kept things moving at a good pace. We started with appetizers that included Angry Tuna, Calamari, and their Twisted Guacamole. All three were a hit with the table and a great way to kick off the meal. For my main course, I ordered the Wagyu Burger with fries. The burger was outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The fries were good as well, but between the burger and a couple of beers, I couldn’t finish them. Others in our group ordered pizza, Pescado Tacos, and pasta dishes. Everyone was very pleased with their meals, and it felt like the kitchen delivered consistent quality across the board. The photos show my Wagyu Burger and fries, which came plated nicely. Overall, Harbor House delivered on food, service, and atmosphere. Since we’ll be in the area for a few more days, I can easily see us returning before the trip is over.
