The quality of the food and atmosphere was great, but very poor choice of flavors that truly destroy what could be a great concept. Food was under seasoned with salt and over seasoned with some off flavors that just don’t belong in a Mediterranean style food. Branzino was perfectly grilled and but the raw garlic sauce was an off idea. The paella was the worst execution of a paella we’ve ever had, would have appreciated some sort of seafood flavor, instead it was more of a spicy turmeric style that lacked any flavor The eggplant chips were amazing. The Mediterranean sample of dips were very poor in flavor, there was not one enjoyable option of the 4 dips served. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Dined here on Sunday for Mother’s Day and our waiter, Rodrigo, exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail & food reccomendations went hand in hand with our dining experience. The hummus sampler, miso cod, & pistachio dessert did it for us. This is what five star dining promises at such hotel. Which is normally hard to find. We will be back! I had a fantastic experience at Marisol. I was participating at a conference at the Boca Raton Hotel and caught the shuttle over to this restaurant. We were able to get a reservation at the last minute. I had the Sunrise mocktail. It was really light and refreshing. For the entree I had the Tangine Chicken with rice and roasted eggplant. The chicken was moist and tender. The rice was fairly bland but the eggplant was tasty. Overall I really enjoyed the dish. My colleague had the lamb chops. The presentation was excellent and they were tasty as well. For dessert we tried two items, the 1000 layer crepe and pistachio. Both items were excellent. Overall we had a great experience at Marisol. If you're in Boca Raton its definitely worth a try. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
