This is actually a Japanese-style hayashi rice (hashed beef stew over rice) restaurant, not curry. I had the Mushroom Ho-Rice and side of Grilled Vegetables. Absolutely delicious! There must be 3 or 4 different types of mushrooms in the main dish, and the vegetables side includes eggplant and shishito peppers, all grilled perfectly. I've had hayashi elsewhere before, but never had its flavors explained to me until speaking with Mr. Ho. The hayashi sauce here is light but rich and flavorful. Overall, the meal was fantastic and a nice break from Korean cuisine, which can be heavy-feeling due to its pungent flavors. And the croquettes are made from potatoes, so they're also vegetarian.

하이라이스 좀 생소하신 분들 많을텐데, 카레랑은 또 다릅니다. 파는 곳도 생각보다 많지도 않구요. 지나가다가 새로 오픈 해봤길래 가봤는데, 아주 맛있네요. 가격도 적절하구요. 스튜도 아주 맛있어 보이던데 담에는 스튜도 도전 해봐야겠습니다! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
