We especially appreciate you choosing to stop in during your travels, and we're honored that your wife was excited to enjoy a Houlihan's meal again after so many years. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the Chicken Avocado Egg Rolls and that our team was able to quickly make things right with the lettuce wraps. At the same time, I'm disappointed that so many other parts of your visit fell short of the experience you were hoping for. From the delays in service and warm tea to the quality of some of the side items and menu favorites not meeting expectations, it's clear we missed the mark. Your comments are incredibly helpful, and I've shared them with both our kitchen and front-of-house teams so we can address these inconsistencies. We want every guest—especially someone returning to Houlihan's with such great memories—to leave feeling like we delivered the experience they were looking forward to. Our baked potato soup has been a longtime favorite for many guests, so I’m sorry to hear that this visit didn’t live up to those memories.
