Compared to the other place we went to and got no service, Ihop was amazing. The only issue was the building had leaking issue. Other than that, great service. Food was super fast and great! Appreciated the excellent service. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

I enjoy the food. The prices are a bit high. I like that the one on N. Kansas plays Christian music. I like that they're kind. The service is good. I think they need to redecorate the entire place though, the atmosphere isn't the greatest. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I do not post negative reviews. If I have an issue, I will take it up directly, but this was a to go order and not driving back. Likely ever. I have eaten at IHop forever, most have, but even with the current economy I cannot believe what I was provided for the $17 I paid. Cali chicken sandwich served on a "toasted roll" which is a sub roll. First, picked it up and half fell out including all the shredded cheese that was cold, out of fridge cold. The chicken was a Small round pattie cut in half. This Cost and sub roll served on it should have had two small patties and the sandwich cut in half. One slice of bacon Huge tomatoe slices and lettuce trying to distract. There is nothing on the menu anymore that a person will get a meal for $20, if eating there and getting a drink. A group of 12 came in while I was waiting and before I got home to see my order I thought they are not getting out of here without spending $200. Highly disappointed and never again.
