Excellent first-time casual dining. Smoked to perfection. Ribs fell off the bone, super moist. Honey butter was a great touch with the cornbread. The peach berry cobbler with caramel drizzle had a sweet crunch that was perfect! The menu has a lot of great options to choose from-will definitely be back. And our server, Zoie was the epitome of Texas hospitality. Thank you for a great first time experience. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly rude. We had a somewhat large party (20ish) and were immediately met with side eyes, eye rolls, and a comment from management that “you can’t just take up our whole dining area” (we were only sitting at 4 tables total) as if we weren’t all paying customers ourselves. Not to mention, the entire time we were there the only other patrons were couples grabbing a drink from the bar and leaving. We were treated like an inconvenience - but to who? It was such an uncomfortable experience. The wait staff, especially the older woman apparently running the show, could definitely use a lesson or two in how to run an establishment that respects values and customers. We usually love coming here and have such a great time, but this time we were so disappointed. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

We love coming to ice house, but yesterday we sat at the bar and were met with the rudest most disgraceful service from the bartender. Management if you have cameras there, I would highly encourage you to check the footage around 4pm. The bartender was either having a nervous breakdown or under the influence. Either way, everyone at the bar was extremely uncomfortable. She was rude to multiple customers, she spent 10 minutes arguing with a coworker who was simply trying to do his job, the list goes on and on. I sincerely hope she gets some help. Her behavior was troubling to say the least. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
