The service here was absolutely terrible, and honestly, it was hard to believe given that we were one of the two tables in the restaurant. Our server took our orders, brought our food out, and then completely disappeared for over an hour. Our drinks were never refilled, we needed napkins, and we had an issue with one of the entrées that we couldn’t even address because she never came back to the table. At one point, I literally had to ask the host at the front door if he could help us. He tried, but even after that, our server still never came back except to give us the bill an hour later. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of inattentive service. We should not have to flag down someone at the front door just to get basic service. Really disappointed. The food can only go so far when the service is this poor. For a restaurant trying to provide a good dining experience, this level of service should be embarrassing.
