So nice!!! Very friendly waitress, proposed me their homemade Makeolli! Nice chef, got some extra caviar! So kind of them! Fast service and delicious meals. My second time to come.... i will definitively come back when i'm in Seoul again! Price per person: ₩70,000–80,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here because first visited a cafe/bar around the corner called Mava and the appetizers were so good. The owner there said he also had another restaurant (Ida) but now left it to the chefs to run. Decided to visit and did not disappoint. Food was delicious and beautiful — really belongs on one of those chef competition shows. Servers were also friendly and area was so nice. Will be back — want to try the rest of their menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Two days prior to our last evening in Korea, we walked by midday and on a whim decided to book a table. No research or prior knowledge. Our group of 5 would have no clue of what was to come. In short... This place was absolutely insane. Start to finish, everything was a highlight and everything was immaculately balanced in terms of flavor, spice level, and ingredient combination. Korean and western themes were cleverly intertwined and creatively paired. I've had the fortune of dining at some pretty amazing places around the world and this meal was as memorable as some of the "best" michelin starred places. From the salad, to the bread, hanwoo yukhoe, to the pork jowl, everything was astounding. Particular highlight for me was the monkfish with a sauce that included fermented squid (so subtle but added so much). The table loved the pasta with shiitake and kelp cream so much we debated ordering an extra. I can only imagine how good the other items must be. Service was super friendly and the hostess spoke excellent english. The restaurant was kind enough to provide us with an extra serving of the croquette free of charge and extra bread given our odd numbered group. Maybe because of where we live in the states, the meal felt very afforable, especially for the quality. I understand this may vary wildly depending on where you're from so take this bit with a grain of salt. I don't know where the chef trained but I hope he keeps this restaurant going for a long time. We'll definitely be back our next trip. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
