Location was 6 stars and then some from 2019-2023ish. Hit or miss in past few years but wife still loves it. She ordered tonight and the snicker"dough"dle cookies were almost completely raw and maybe half cooked. Hope they are able to turn it around because the company has a solid product.

Tried this place today for the first time my family and I go to crumble cookie once a week and wanted to try something different We enjoyed the cookies they were warm chewy and good but a little expensive then again so is crumble cookie The gentleman that served us greeted us when we came in and was friendly (excuse the picture my children started eating them before I took the pic lol)

Delivered my cookies to the wrong address despite giving clear and explicit directions and paying a delivery tip when I placed the order. When I called to try and get the issue solved, nobody answered the phone despite calling three times and letting it ring through. I wanted to send cookies to my friend who is a teacher for their first day, and Insomnia Cookies ruined it. I wasn’t able to get my money back, either. Incredibly disappointed.
