Bought the 12 piece regular recipe family meal. Got a busted up half crunchy bucket. Disgusting how these people send out the food there. Very unprofessional. Last time I went it was descent but its a hit or miss. I know its just kfc but come on. They first just tried to give me the chicken only but had to clarify the meal I bought. See pics. Not very appealing. I would have taken the food back for refund but I was already home. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Do they not own a phone??? Called 10 times and no answer. I was just there and no busy traffic. I was going to call to see who the cook was today because my famous bowl actually had chicken but oh well.. I tried to compliment someone who didnt give me only 5 chickens Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I don't usually go to KFC drive thru but I needed something quick. I drove thru this location and ordered a #3. They told me they only had crispy, and only breast and wings. Okay! Not a problem. Then the kid asked what I wanted on the side.... I don't know the sides so I asked what they were. The manager comes on and spouts them out. I asked for two, not remembering I only got one. The manager barked at me and said " So you want the big meal with two sides?" I apologized and said no just the one. Then I asked for a Dr. Pepper which the manager also rudely stated they don't carry coke products. My bad! I get up to the window and the manager never looked at me, I apologized for messaging the order up, manager didn't even acknowledge that I said anything. My card didn't run the first time and was told "gimme the card again". I passed the card to her again and offered another card if that would go through. The manager ignored everything I said. She gave me my food and I thanked her but she just walked away. I rarely go to KFC so I probably won't be returning to that one if I have to grab a bite. Location #L039017 on Eubank and Menaul.
