Placed my order ahead of time so by the time I got there it would’ve been ready. Didn’t receive my plate until 10-15 minutes after the time the email said. I asked the cashier didn’t bother to try to see what the statues of my order was. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've come to this location a few times and the foods always been kinda crap for Panda, which has not be great irregardless the last 5 or so years. This time the lobby was closed, the employees didn't follow our order, we got one fork, no chopsticks like we asked, and the food was either over seasoned or just blanned, and the worst part is we got one fortune cookie for both of us and it was open and pretty broken. Cherry . This will be the last time I come here for sure. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Broccoli is always like chewing tree roots. The meat is like trying to munch through a shoe. Why‽ I ended up throwing it all out - it was impossible to eat! I haven't been to Panda Express in years for this reason... same experience now. The only thing I find good is the chicken. Not the nugget type that's apparently wrapped in stone. All I can do is lick the sauce off everything. Crunchy, undercooked rice. Small portions - I thought the "Bigger Plate" is three entrée and a side - not rice, two choices and pay extra for the third in a tiny box. The more I think about this, the more angry I get about having gone here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
