I'm going to be totally honest with you all I went to KFC the other night for dinner and I got the 8 piece tenders they had for sale do you not know those tenders were not done and i spent almost $40 on everything I ordered I was so mad but I was so tired I did not have the mind to take all of that back no I'm not saying that all of the KFC's are like this this was just one experience that I had they usually do a pretty good job

I wish I had taken a picture of the wings before leaving. I ordered a 3-piece wing order and was shocked when I opened the box. The wings were extremely small, overcooked, and appeared burnt. To be honest, there was barely enough meat on all three pieces combined to make what most people would consider 1/2 wing. When I asked the employee at the window about the wings, I was met with little concern. The situation became even more disappointing when a manager became involved. Rather than acknowledging the issue, apologizing, or attempting to make things right, she offered no solution beyond processing a refund. To make matters worse, I later realized I had been charged $8.31 for a 3-piece wing and biscuit meal, even though I only ordered the chicken. I do not eat the biscuits and did not request a meal. When I questioned the charge, the manager’s response was simply that they do not make the prices before walking away. The attitude and lack of customer service were far more disappointing than the food itself. A good manager understands that customer service is about more than issuing refunds—it’s about addressing concerns professionally and showing basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that was completely missing during this interaction. Customers should be aware that the wing sizes at this location may be significantly smaller than expected. Based on my experience, the quality, portion size, and customer service all fell well below expectations. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was supposed to get buy one get one free meal, Don wouldn’t make the second order free. My power had glitched, so DoorDash glitched and took the second order off. The worst experience ever. The food was cold, don’t eat here. Service: 1
