Today (Sunday, March 1st, 2026), my Father and I went to KFC to get dinner for the family. We got a 12 piece original meal. We usually get 2 mashed potatoes and a coleslaw. They were OUT of coleslaw, so we ordered the wedges. Which shouldn't be a big deal, but EVERY TIME we order stuff, they are ALWAYS out of something. Whether, it be the coleslaw (like today) or the original chicken (which we would have to get a substitute of extra crispy chicken). Other times we have gone here, have been really good and tasty! But these last couple of times, genuinely suck! Especially, if you have your tasters on. ALSO, the mashed potatoes were only HALF FULL of the container, that is RIDICULOUS! Please see picture provided. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Please have your staff read the entire order. If the hot wings specify they are coated 6wings in honey bbq why send regular dry hot wings with no sauce at all. And if y'all are out of that cream and peach, take it off doordash menu. Also western fries are not mashed potato poppers with gravy . How do you get 90% of an order incorrect when it's written there. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I waited 40 mins for my order after being told to pull around bcuz they weren’t ready. I understand that things get busy but waiting for 40 mins is ridiculous. They never even told me there was no chicken ready when I went through the drive thru. At least I could’ve made a decision whether I wanted to order or not. And when I got home I looked in the bag the chicken was small. It was like parts of a chicken leg not to mention no one can go inside. The inside is always locked. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
