This place is the worst that I've ever been to in 50 years!!! I would have rated it all zeros if I could. Order placed hours prior for a 5pm pick up. They apparently gave it all away as we are still here at 5:45pm and still no sign of our $65 worth of Mothers Day dinner! They keep saying "4 mins more"!!! Lobby full of customers with screwed up orders and other complaints. Manager is threatening to walk out shes so frusted! Bunch of lame incompetant employees, half are standung around looking dazed and confused!! Shame on us for not checking reviews 1st as many are 1 star! DO NOT WASRE YOUR TIME HERE...THEY NEED TO BE FORCED OUT OF BUSINESS FOR RUINING MOTHERS DAY DINNER FOR SO MANY UNSUSPECTING FAMILIES!! Price per person: $60–70 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was good but the customer service was outstanding. Kwiann (unsure of spelling) was fantastic, very helpful and accomadating. She should be recognized for her great service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I waited generously (over 20 minutes) for my food only for a customer that came in after me to get their food and when I asked for my order to just be canceled I was asked did I have an extra 5 minutes. I unfortunately did not have another 5 minutes because I had wasted my time driving there on my 30 minute lunch break. I will never return to this KFC or any KFC any time soon bc this isn’t the first or second time that this has happened so obviously: they think they’re doing you a favor and that you have no other options. As soon as I got to my car to cancel and get a refund for my order, they changed it from preparing to ready making it hard for my order to be canceled when I called support so now I am waiting for a district manager to refund $20 of food I never received SMH if you have all the time in the world, come here so that they can waste it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
